Please be advised that air bubbles within the cup can occur as a natural result of the shipping process, and are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered an inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.
Please also note that all sales are final, and refunds are not offered. However, if an item is damaged due to a manufacturing error (such as leaks, improper sealing, or decal issues), we will provide a replacement cup at no additional cost.
